How can I buy Gold on EMI?
The customer can buy Gold Coins and Jewellery on EMI from SNG digigoldindia. Customers can select from a wide variety of - Gold Coins (24k 999 purity) ranging from 0.1 gm to 50 gms and
- Gold jewellery (22k 916 purity) ranging from rings, earrings, pendants to chains on the platform starting from as low as 1gm.
The customer can book the product by paying the booking amount of around 20% and the balance payment can be made over a period of three, six or nine monthly instalments, as the case may be. The gold coin or jewellery shall be delivered to the customer's doorstep once all the payments are completed by the customer.
What happens if the gold prices change after I have booked the product and the payment is still pending?
The customer has to pay the money as per the amount at which he/she has booked the article. The gold price at the time of booking applies. Thus, even in cases where the gold price increases, the customer gets the benefit of paying as per the old reduced price and gets the delivery of the gold article.
How can I check how much EMI is already paid, and how much is remaining?
The customer can get all details of the product booked, EMI paid, amount pending, delivery date, etc in the “My orders” tab on the dashboard after entering the login details.
How much time does it take to complete the purchase on the SNG digigoldindia Platform?
The process of purchasing gold through SNG digigoldindia is quick and simple. The platform is completely user-friendly and the process involved is swift and hassle-free.
Can I cancel my purchase order in case I am unable to pay my EMI?
The customer can cancel the purchase order booked on EMI at any time after payment of the booking amount and before the payment of the last instalment towards the purchase price.
The customer has to pay a small cancellation charge of 2.36% (of Purchase price) at the time of cancellation and settle the gold price difference between the day of booking and the day of cancellation with SNG digigoldindia and the balance money is refunded back to the customer in their bank account.
Can I pay all the EMIs at once?
Yes, you can pay all the EMIs at once and complete your payment obligations. The product shall be delivered as all the payments have been completed.
How will the packaging and delivery of products take place?
Customers shall receive his/her gold at their shipping address as provided within 10 working days from the receipt of complete payment of the purchase price by SNG digigoldindia. Each Product shall be packed in tamper-proof blister packaging with cold sealing and shall bear the logo of SNG digigoldindia. The packaging shall describe the order code/Customer ID/ Customer name which will be written or pasted securely as a printed sticker.
Can I return the product after the purchase order is created or after the product is delivered to me?
Upon sale and delivery of the products to the customer/broker as per the purchase order, the Customer shall not be entitled to return the Product. However, in case of a physical defect in the product, SNG digigoldindia shall replace the same subject to the product being sealed. Customers should make sure that the product is returned in the same tamper-proof blister packaging in which it was delivered to him.
How can I be sure of the quality of the products received?
The customer can be assured of the quality of the Gold Coins and Jewellery delivered by SNG digigoldindia as each and every article delivered is hallmarked by a government-approved hallmarking agency as per the BIS guidelines.
Can I buy multiple products at once, or do I have to buy them separately?
The customer can purchase multiple products together by adding each product desired by the customer into his cart before checking out.
Can I track the delivery of my purchase?
Once the delivery request has been placed by you and accepted by SNG digigoldindia, you will receive a link in email/sms which will help you keep a tab on the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order in the My Orders tab on the dashboard.
Can I change my registered mobile number?
The customer can change the registered mobile number by contacting the customer support team on accounts@suryanayagigold.com or calling them on+91 7845727127. The customer service shall assist you with the same.
Who shall bear the risk of loss till the product is delivered to the customer?
The risk of loss relating to the products shall be on SNG digigoldindia till the time the product is delivered to the customer at its shipping address.
My payment has failed, what should I do?
Kindly do not panic. If your account was debited, it should be automatically reversed in 72 hours or according to your bank guidelines. We don't recommend using NEFT as this method takes longer to process. If you still need help, please contact our customer support team.
